About Belgian Tower Company

A dynamic and innovative broadcast network operator

Our story began in 2009 with the launch of Norkring Belgium, built on the historic transmission network of the national public broadcaster. A team of seasoned experts, together with the technical know-how of our former Norwegian parent company Norkring AS, laid the foundations for what is now Belgian Tower Company. In January 2024, we became part of the international Cordiant Group, a specialist in digital infrastructure and networks across Europe and North America. This milestone gave us not only a new name, but also greater strength and scale to expand our local expertise.

Over the years, our role as a network operator for FM, DAB+ and DVB-T2 has grown, and we’ve broadened our services to include co-location for broadcasters, mobile operators, flash traders, aviation, alarm systems, security, and environmental applications. At the same time, we’ve modernized our network and added new transmission sites in cities like Ghent and Antwerp, making our services even more robust and efficient.

Today, we continue to build on this strong foundation. Backed by Cordiant and our decades of experience, we deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet the highest standards in the industry. And we’re looking ahead: by investing in 5G Broadcast, we’re continuing our path of innovation and shaping the future of a rapidly evolving media landscape.
